Product 01 · Full-Construction Takeoff
Quantities only: you price the work. A full-trade BOQ structured the way builders actually use it. We measure every element across every trade except landscaping; you send those quantities to your subbies and collate the quotes the way you always have.
What you receive
- Builder-friendly BOQ: trade-by-trade quantities (m², m³, lm, kg, no.)
- All trades except landscaping: earthworks through to fit-out
- Element / level / room breakdowns where drawings support it
- Marked-up drawings showing what was counted
- One revision included if scope changes before tender close
What it isn’t
- No rates, no $-totals: you price the work yourself
- Not a cost opinion: quantities, not a dollar figure
- No subcontractor quote-chasing built in (tender management is a separate service, priced on request)
- No formal QS sign-off

Product 02 · Class 3 Budget Estimate
Quantities + rates: a number to decide on. For the cost decisions you have to make before you can engage a builder: feasibility, pre-DA budget sanity check, DD-stage cost plan, due diligence on a site purchase. Rates come from Rawlinsons Construction Handbook combined with current market rate data on structure and concrete.
What you receive
- Class 3 Budget Estimate per AACE / AIQS
- Quantities + rates, total construction $-figure
- Element / trade breakdown of the total
- Rate basis: Rawlinsons Construction Handbook + current market rate data
- Engagement letter, schedule of inclusions / exclusions, 90-day validity
Fee schedule (ex-GST)
Every job is priced as a fixed fee from your drawings, quoted the same day. No hourly billing, no surprises. Scales with build value.
